Taking a long shower or bath, reading a book, turning out all the lights and screaming, lighting a candle to get away for a minute, or trying a new recipe. It's important now more than ever to check on your own mental health and its ok to reach out to a trusted someone or a professional if you need help during this whirlwind of...this. sending all my love and support out to anyone that needs it.
