On a frigid morning granted by winter
It granted too, a most unforeseen encounter
In front of the ill-famed captain hook,
The girl with the red riding hood stood
“Sir, you must be cold”
A cloak draped around his shoulders was all
A simple act of compassion was all
The rest, he cannot recall
A random act of benignity felt like a home forgotten,
A mission he now undertook to find even if he shall be trodden,
And so he embarked as the red riding hook,
bidding a farewell to the shores of Neverland
